Who is ICG?

ICG is a group with a few commons virtues: we are all genuinely curious and passionate about our work, friends, and family; we are problem-solvers and question-askers.

Is it OK if I don't have consulting experience?

Yes! Almost every member of ICG joined without any prior consulting experience. We look for candidates who are able to think and analyze critically, creatively, logically, and quickly while effectively communicating thoughts in a professional and coherent manner.

What separates ICG from other consulting organizations?

We pride ourselves on providing students with no prior consulting knowledge with the opportunity to gain real-world project experience and develop as leaders through continued training and mentorship.

What type of time commitment can I expect?

Consultants should expect to dedicate between 3-5 hours per week to ICG. This includes weekly project team meetings as well as time spent individually completing research and building slide decks.

What does ICG look for?

ICG looks for people who are hard-working, dedicated, collaborative, and want to be leaders. ICG values those who seek to push themselves beyond their limits, explore their expertise, and contribute their skills to not only ICG , but the greater community as well. Commitment and hard work is the best mix.
